BOUNDARIES OF CITIES AND TOWNS TO REMAIN AS ESTABLISHED UNTIL CHANGED (§
15.2-3200)

The boundaries of the cities and towns of this Commonwealth shall be and remain
as now established unless changed as provided in this title.
