PARKING IN CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL AREAS (§ 15.2-968.01)

Notwithstanding any other provision of general law, localities may by ordinance
permit the parking of vehicles within residential areas in a public right-of-way
that constitutes a part of the state highway system so long as the vehicle does
not obstruct the right-of-way.
