CODE OF VIRGINIA

PERMITTING CERTAIN ANIMALS TO RUN AT LARGE (§ 18.2-121.1)

The owner or manager of any animal mentioned in § 55-316, who shall knowingly
permit such animal to run at large in any county or portion thereof, under
quarantine, shall be deemed to be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
