CODE OF VIRGINIA

MISDEMEANOR TO MAKE FALSE STATEMENTS AS TO AGE (§ 22.1-264)

Any person who makes a false statement concerning the age of a child between the
ages set forth in § 22.1-254 for the purpose of evading the provisions of this
article shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
