CODE OF VIRGINIA

(REPEALED EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2016) IMMUNITY (§ 23-299.10)

A college partnership laboratory school shall be immune from liability to the
same extent as the public institution of higher education that established the
school, and the employees and volunteers in a college partnership laboratory
school are immune from liability to the same extent as the employees of the
establishing institution of higher education.
