MARINE PRODUCTS BOARD MEMBERSHIP TERMS (§ 3.2-2701)

The terms for appointments to the Marine Products Board shall be for three
years. No member shall be eligible for appointment to more than two consecutive
terms. Appointments to fill vacancies, other than by expiration of a term, shall
be for the unexpired terms and made in the same manner as the original
appointments.
