CODE OF VIRGINIA

ATTORNEY FOR THE COMMONWEALTH TO RENDER LEGAL ASSISTANCE (§ 3.2-5140)

It shall be the duty of the attorney for the Commonwealth when called upon by
the Commissioner to render any legal assistance in his power in proceeding under
the provisions of this chapter.
