CODE OF VIRGINIA

MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT POLICIES; MINIMUM RETURN FOR GROUP POLICIES GENERALLY (§
38.2-3601)

Group Medicare supplement policies shall be expected to return to policyholders
in the form of aggregate benefits at least seventy-five percent of the aggregate
amount of premiums collected.
