CLASS OF INSURANCE AND INSURANCE COMPANIES TO WHICH CHAPTER APPLIES (§
38.2-4600)

Except as otherwise provided, this chapter applies to title insurance as defined
in § 38.2-123, and to title insurance companies as defined in § 38.2-4601.
