PURCHASE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FROM PERSON NOT AUTHORIZED TO SELL; PENALTY (§
4.1-303)

If any person buys alcoholic beverages from any person other than the Board, a
government store or a person authorized under this title to sell alcoholic
beverages, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
