CONTINUED OPERATION ON LOSS OF A DEALER-OPERATOR HOLDING CERTIFICATE OF
QUALIFICATION (§ 46.2-1513)

Each dealer shall notify the Board in writing immediately when a dealer-operator
who holds a certificate of qualification dies, becomes disabled, retires, is
removed, or for any other cause ceases to act as dealer-operator. The dealer may
continue to operate for 120 days thereafter without a dealer-operator and may be
granted approval by the Board to operate for an additional 60 days on
application and good cause shown for such delay.
