IMPERSONATION OF NOTARY A FELONY (§ 47.1-29)

Any person who shall willfully act as, or otherwise impersonate, a notary public
while not lawfully commissioned as a notary public or other official authorized
to perform notarial acts, shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony.
