APPOINTMENT OF ESCHEATORS (§ 55-168)

The Governor shall appoint one escheator for every judicial circuit as set forth
in § 17.1-506, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor. Such escheator shall
reside within a circuit to which he is appointed.
