CODE OF VIRGINIA

REGULATIONS AND ORDERS (§ 55-525.28)

Except as provided in § 55-525.30, the appropriate licensing authority may
issue summonses, subpoenas, rules, regulations, and orders, including
educational requirements, consistent with and necessary to carry out the
provisions of this chapter.
