CODE OF VIRGINIA

COMMISSION (§ 60.2-208)

“Commission” means the Virginia Employment Commission. Wherever in
this Code, or any act of the General Assembly the term  “Unemployment
Compensation Commission” is used, it shall mean the Virginia Employment
Commission.
