CODE OF VIRGINIA

FOUNDATION CREATED (§ 10.1-1017)

There is hereby created the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation, hereinafter
referred to as the Foundation, a body politic and corporate to have such powers
and duties as hereinafter provided.
