CODE OF VIRGINIA

COUNTY AND CITY LEVIES AND APPROPRIATIONS (§ 10.1-1127)

The governing bodies of the counties and those cities entering into a contract
as provided in § 10.1-1125 are authorized to levy taxes and appropriate money
for forest protection, improvement and management.
