CODE OF VIRGINIA

RECORDS OF PROCEEDINGS OF BOARD (§ 10.1-1305)

The Board shall keep a complete and accurate record of the proceedings at all
its meetings, a copy of which shall be kept on file in the office of the
Director and available for public inspection.
