DUTY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SMALL BUSINESS AND SUPPLIER DIVERSITY (§ 10.1-1425.7)

The Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity shall assist the
Department by encouraging and promoting the establishment of appropriate
recycling industries in the Commonwealth.
