CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL CONSERVATORS OF THE PEACE (§ 10.1-1620)

The chairman of the Authority or his designee may apply to the circuit court of
any county or city for the appointment of one or more special conservators of
the peace under procedures specified by § 19.2-13.
