RECORDATION OF CONVEYANCES OF REAL ESTATE TO AUTHORITY (§ 10.1-1622)

No deed purporting to convey real estate to the Authority shall be recorded
unless accepted by a person authorized to act on behalf of the Authority, which
acceptance shall appear on the face of the deed.
