CODE OF VIRGINIA

ANNUAL REPORT (§ 10.1-1802)

The Foundation shall submit an annual report to the Governor and General
Assembly on or before November 1 of each year. The report shall contain, at a
minimum, the annual financial statements of the Foundation for the year ending
the preceding June 30.
