CODE OF VIRGINIA

HEARING (§ 10.1-403)

Prior to submitting recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly,
the Director shall upon request of any interested state agency or political
subdivision, or upon his own motion, hold a public hearing on a proposal to
designate a scenic river.
