CODE OF VIRGINIA

DETERMINATION THAT DISTRICT NOT NEEDED (§ 10.1-513)

If the Board determines after the hearing, and after due consideration of the
relevant facts, that there is no need for a soil and water conservation district
to function in the territory considered at the hearing, it shall record its
determination and deny the petition.
