CODE OF VIRGINIA

SECRETARY TO SEND COPIES OF CERTIFICATES TO STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS (§
10.1-518.1)

Whenever the Secretary issues a certificate creating, dissolving, or changing
the name or composition of a district, the Secretary shall promptly send a
certified copy of such certificate to the State Board of Elections.
