CODE OF VIRGINIA

RENEWAL OF PETITION AFTER DISAPPROVAL OR DENIAL (§ 10.1-519)

After six months have expired from the date of the disapproval or denial of any
petition for a soil and water conservation district, subsequent petitions
covering the same or substantially the same territory may be filed with the
Board as provided in this chapter.
