CODE OF VIRGINIA

TYPE OF INDEBTEDNESS INCURRED OR BONDS ISSUED (§ 10.1-630)

The type of indebtedness incurred or bonds issued shall be that adopted by the
governing body of the watershed improvement district and approved by the
Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board.
