This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 11.1 “Department of Environmental Quality”, which is part of Subtitle II “Activities Administered by Other Entities”, which is part of Title 10.1 “Conservation”. It contains 20 laws.
