CODE OF VIRGINIA

OATH; FAILURE TO QUALIFY (§ 12.1-11)

Any person elected or appointed to be a member of the Commission shall qualify
by taking and subscribing the oath required by Article II, Section 7 of the
Constitution of Virginia. If any member shall fail to so qualify within thirty
days after the commencement of his term of office, such office shall become
vacant.
