CODE OF VIRGINIA

JUDGMENTS TO BE IN FAVOR OF COMMONWEALTH (§ 12.1-35)

All judgments of the Commission shall be entered in favor of the Commonwealth
and when collected shall be paid by the clerk of the Commission into the
treasury of Virginia.
