This is Chapter 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Powers and Duties of the Commission.” It is part of Title 12.1 “State Corporation Commission”. It contains 7 laws.

§ 12.1-17	Deposits of funds; means of payment; dishonored payments; receipts for payment
