CODE OF VIRGINIA

RESERVATION OF POWER TO AMEND OR REPEAL (§ 13.1-1001)

The General Assembly shall have the power to amend or repeal all or part of this
chapter at any time and all domestic and foreign limited liability companies
subject to this chapter shall be governed by the amendment or repeal.
