CODE OF VIRGINIA

PRACTICE OF CERTAIN PROFESSIONS BY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES (§ 13.1-1101.1)

Unless otherwise prohibited by law or regulation, the professional services
defined in subsection A of § 13.1-1102 may be rendered in this Commonwealth by:

   1.  A limited liability company organized as a professional limited liability
   company pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;

   2.  A foreign limited liability company that has obtained a certificate of
   authority pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;

   3.  A limited liability company organized pursuant to the provisions of
   Chapter 12 (§ 13.1-1000 et seq.) of this title; or

   4.  A foreign limited liability company that has obtained a certificate of
   authority pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 12 (§ 13.1-1000 et seq.) of
   this title.
