CODE OF VIRGINIA VERIFICATION NO LONGER REQUIRED; SIGNING INSTRUMENT CONTAINING MISSTATEMENT AS PERJURY (ยง 13.1-345) A requirement in this chapter that an instrument be verified by oath need not be complied with after July 1, 1958.
