Annual Registration Fees

This is Article 10 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Annual Registration Fees.” It is part of Title 13.1, titled “Corporations.” It is part of Chapter 14, titled “Virginia Business Trust Act.” It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.
