CODE OF VIRGINIA

REGULATION OF CEMETERIES AND BURIALS (§ 15.2-1111)

A municipal corporation may regulate and inspect cemeteries and burials therein,
prescribe records to be kept by the owners thereof, and prohibit burials except
in public cemeteries.
