CODE OF VIRGINIA

SMOKE; FUEL-BURNING EQUIPMENT (§ 15.2-1116)

A municipal corporation may regulate the emission of smoke, the construction,
installation and maintenance of fuel-burning equipment, and the methods of
firing and stoking furnaces and boilers.
