CODE OF VIRGINIA

LIGHT, VENTILATION, SANITATION AND USE AND OCCUPANCY OF BUILDINGS (§ 15.2-1117)

A municipal corporation may regulate the light, ventilation, sanitation and use
and occupancy of buildings heretofore or hereafter constructed, altered,
remodeled or improved, and the sanitation of premises surrounding the building.
