CODE OF VIRGINIA

ALLOCATION OF COUNTY FUNDS OR PROPERTY TO AUTHORITIES CREATED BY COUNTY (§
15.2-1205)

The governing body of any county may give, lend or advance in any manner that it
deems proper funds or other county property, not otherwise specifically
allocated or obligated, to any authority created by such governing body pursuant
to law.
