CODE OF VIRGINIA

CHAIRMAN AND MAYOR MAY ADMINISTER OATHS (§ 15.2-1410)

Every chairman and mayor shall have power to administer an oath to any person
concerning any matter submitted to the board or council or connected with their
powers or duties.
