CODE OF VIRGINIA TIME FOR HOLDING ELECTION IF REVENUE BONDS ARE TO BE ISSUED (§ 15.2-1913) If the bonds that any such city or county proposes to issue in order to raise the money necessary to pay the amount fixed in the report of the body determining just compensation will be revenue bonds requiring approval by the affirmative vote of a majority of the qualified voters in a referendum election as provided in Article VII, Section 10 of the Constitution of Virginia, the court shall allow a reasonable time for the holding of the required election.
