CODE OF VIRGINIA

FEE FOR PROCESSING APPLICATION UNDER § 15.2-2006 (§ 15.2-2007)

The governing body of any locality may prescribe and charge a reasonable fee not
exceeding $ 100 for processing an application pursuant to § 15.2-2006.
