CODE OF VIRGINIA

LEGISLATION GRANTING OR AMENDING CHARTER EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH
REQUIREMENTS (§ 15.2-203)

The passage of any legislation granting or amending any charter of a locality
shall be conclusive evidence of compliance with the requirements of this
chapter.
