ANTITRUST IMMUNITY (§ 15.2-2108.17)

A municipality that provides a cable television service is subject to applicable
antitrust liabilities and immunities from liabilities under the federal Local
Government Antitrust Act of 1984 (15 U.S.C. § 34 et seq.).
