CODE OF VIRGINIA

CREDIT FOR EXCESSIVE WATER OR SEWER CHARGES (§ 15.2-2119.1)

A locality may provide a partial credit for excessive water and sewer charges
where high water usage is caused by damaged pipes, leaks, accidents or other
unintentional causes.
