BOARD, ETC., FOR SUPERVISION OF SUCH WORKS (§ 15.2-2125)

Localities contracting with each other pursuant to § 15.2-2124 may also provide
in the contract (i) for a board, commission or other body as deemed appropriate;
(ii) for the supervision, general management and operation of such works or
structures; and (iii) may prescribe their authority, duties and compensation.
