CODE OF VIRGINIA

CONTRACTS FOR WATER SUPPLY (§ 15.2-2148)

Nothing in this article shall be construed to prevent a locality from
contracting with another locality for the acquisition of a water supply or for
the use and management of the water supply of either of them in any manner and
upon any terms that they may see fit.
