CODE OF VIRGINIA

ARTICLE NOT APPLICABLE TO HOTEL CORPORATIONS (§ 15.2-2154)

No provision of this article shall apply to a corporation whose principal
business is the operation of a hotel and which from its surplus facilities may
furnish water to a limited number of patrons.
