CODE OF VIRGINIA

PERMIT FOR ONSITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM INSTALLATION IN CERTAIN COUNTIES (§
15.2-2157.1)

Augusta County may require any person desiring to install a septic tank or other
onsite sewage disposal system to secure a permit to do so. A reasonable fee may
be prescribed, not to exceed $ 150, for processing an application for such a
permit.
