CODE OF VIRGINIA

PROHIBITION OF SEXUAL OFFENDER TREATMENT OFFICE IN RESIDENTIALLY ZONED
SUBDIVISION (§ 15.2-2283.1)

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no individual shall knowingly
provide sex offender treatment services to a convicted sex offender in an office
or similar facility located in a residentially zoned subdivision.
